SOMETHING TO AVOID 🫣

Impossible. “There are” is for plurals and “a” is for singulars. So don’t say “a” when speaking about plurals.

There are folders on the floor

“There is a”

There is a mouse in the kitchen!

Why is there a shoe in the bathroom?
