🐸 Eat the frog
#027
Afternoon everyone 👋
The easter break has been and gone and we are all back at work.
Like many of you, I try to be productive. To get lots done in the day.
Yesterday I came across a curious strategy regarding productivity.
It’s called, “Eat the Frog.”
“To eat the frog”, is to do the biggest, nastiest, most difficult task first, so that nothing worse can happen to you in your day.
After all, the day can only get better once you’ve eaten a frog!
Have a productive week!
Perhaps better after breakfast
This week’s 3 tips:
SOMETHING TO AVOID 🫣
🤦🏻♀️ “Always is good”
We need a noun or pronoun before “always”!
She always…
This car always…
✅ “It’s always good”
We put the verb “to be” before “always” too.
She is always late
They are always happy to help
SOMETHING TO SOUND CONFIDENT 🧐
👔 Business jargon explained
“The Big Picture”
A broad perspective of the interconnectedness of everything within a larger framework.
My boss isn’t interested in details very much, but he is good at seeing the big picture
It is similar to “visión global” in Spanish
