☀️ Slip, slop, slap
#034
Afternoon everyone 👋
Being British and living in sunny Spain starts to get complicated at this time of year.
My white pale fair skin is no match for the sun and suncream is a must.
In Australia they have a public health campaign to protect people against skin cancer. It goes:
Slip on a shirt
Slop on suncream
Slap on a hat
Seek shade
Slide on sunglasses
So when you’re enjoying the sun this summer, remember “slip, slop, slap”.
Until next week!
Slap on a hat when in the sun
This week’s 3 tips:
